Our Approach

As part of Bogar design Solution for HVAC, we assure to address some of the major factors in HVAC:

  • Heating: Providing additional heating solutions in required controlled space in order to maintain the natural thermal heat loss
  • Ventilating: Replacing the condensed carbonized air with fresh air after proper filteration that makes you feel energized and fresh.
  • Cooling: Removal of excess thermal
    energy in controlled space in response to excessive heating
  • Humidifying: Systems to control water vapor to maintain moisture content in air for comfort.
  • Dehumidifying: Removal of excessive moisture content in air to equlize and maintain comfort.

  • Basic heat gain allowances for
    receptable load needs to be identified.
  • Systems to control water vapor to maintain moisture content in air for comfort. Depending on the architecture of the building, proper ventilation
    needs to be provided even
    during system fluctuations.

At the end of all the analysis, our Bogar engineers will define the capital impacts of equipment and system alternatives, applicable time parameters, provide accurate maintenance costs for equipments and system alternatives.
